That on May third of 1792, Manuel Flores, a former private in this company, took hisdischarge that was granted to him by Sr. Commandant General Don Ramon de Castrobecause [he was] incorrigible.

That on the same day, entry [to the ranks] was given to Juan Josse Calderon, who hasbeen the drummer for the company

That on the same was admitted Josse Fran[cis]co de Sosa to fill the post of drummer thatwas held by the foregoing Juan Josse Calderon.

That on the 11th, Private Fran[cis]co Granados died of natural causes.

That on the 12th, entry was given to the recruit Josse Marfa Perez.

His age, that of 14 years, 3 months, and 22 days; his religion,Apostolic Roman Catholic; his features, brown color, round face, light chestnuteyebrows and hair, dark eyes, broad nose with a mole between the eyes. Heassumed the post of drummer voluntarily and with his parents' [consent] in thecavalry company that garrisons this aforesaid presidio, on the third day of the monthof May of 1792. He was read the penalties prescribed in the ordinance in thepresence of his father, who presented him, and they [both] signed this with me,being advised that it is legally binding and will not serve to excuse them [fromdereliction of duty]. Witnesses were the first lieutenant, Don Bernardo Fernandez,Corporal Juan Josse Farias, and Private Josse de Jesus Mansolo, from the samecompany==Manuel Mufioz==Josse Fran[cis]co de Sosa==Fran[cis]co Xavier de Sosa.

Hisoccupation, farm worker [campista]; his stature is that of five feet and one inch; hisage, nineteen years; his religion, Apostolic Roman Catholic; his features, lightchestnut hair and eyebrows, beardless, white color, round face, Roman nose, withthree moles on the right cheek and one on the left. He enlisted voluntarily without
