Create three unique university-wide campus channels to distribute student and faculty content across campus while minimizing hardware and licensing fees.
Created geo-specific channels for student buildings, athletic buildings, and resident halls, leveraged cable TV to minimize hardware and licensing requirements, and developed a custom submission portal and social hub.
$79,050 cost savings compared to original hardware footprint, 72% savings for licensing fees, and reduced maintenance of hardware and replacements costs.
