The task of which as according to the text, being in- charge of the trainings and programs and its needs are but still on his hands as his function as Planning Specialist dictates. So he is not in a position to be moved by such a chaos on the part of his fellow employees because as it is the nature of his job which the company has put to his trust. The fact that Ramon did his best for the job and presented his original ideas on the system of the company he done nothing wrong. Fact is, there’s no problem before the work was presented for Ramon never anticipated such since his proposal was not considered by the new director of the new branch and instead the new supply officer’s proposal for the installation of new computers was commended.
