After creating the ads, we restructured their sales funnel, increasing their monthly leads by 2,580% (from five leads per month to 129 leads per month). Here’s how we did it:

Ad Copy: Their previous ads were long with many paragraphs of text, which felt overwhelming to the user, so we presented a new ad copy structure and rewrote all of their ads – in the end, using only seven of the nearly 100 words from their previous ads. The change significantly increased number of users who engaged with the ads.

Audience Targeting: Their previous target audience was set too broad, targeting an entire city, age and gender. We interviewed One Aesthetics and found a common theme between their patients. We used the similarities to narrow the campaign’s audience targeting significantly, reducing the total audience reach by 74%, to target a higher quality audience. Lead Funnel: Even if the ads are perfect and the audience targeting is precise, the lead funnel will ultimately determine whether the user will submit their personal information. Through our professional experience and industry research, we determined a direct lead generation approach would work more efficiently than their broad strategy. We utilized lead form ads with a call redirect. The user felt the new process was easier - the average user providing their full name, phone number, and email within the first 20 seconds of clicking the ad.

Using our new ads, the cost per lead plummeted to an average of $4.33 per lead. We have continued to optimize their Facebook Ad campaigns, which has resulted in an average $9,000 increase in monthly revenue. This was a huge return on investment for the business, who just weeks ago was struggling to justify the cost of their ad spend.
