The worst market ever.Mungo Homes

When Mungo first partnered with Genesis in 2004, their identity was inconsistent, their materials were dated, and even though they were well established, they were not in the top 200 home builders in the country. Genesis Creative completely rebranded Mungo Homes, creating an entirely new visual identity that was flexible enough to be applied across all media and all of the Mungo Companies. Integrating every visual touch-point a customer had to the company, Mungo’s partnership with Genesis has helped them become the 35th largest home builder in the country (despite the worst housing market since the company was established in 1954.) At the rock bottom of the housing market crash in 2008, Mungo Homes was one of only five builders nationally to sell more homes than the previous year.

“Genesis has been an invaluable partner in increasing the value of the Mungo brand and in helping us to grow in spite of a slow economy.”

Kim O’Quinn | Mungo Marketing Director

Just old dirty factories.South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance

When you talk about the manufacturing industry to the general public visions of conveyor belts, manual assembly lines and even sweat shops often come to mind - our mental archive of the dark working conditions of the Industrial Revolution perhaps. The South Carolina Manufacturers Alliance partnered with Genesis Creative because they wanted to change that perception. Together we launched the “Made in South Carolina” public awareness campaign. The purpose of the campaign was to educate key decision-makers and the general public about the vast contributions that manufacturing contributes to our state. It was also to put a new face on manufacturing - one of cutting edge technology, education, philanthropy, and improved economy. The campaign was launched in 2007 and by 2008 the SCMA had more than doubled it’s membership.

“Genesis’ guidance on branding and a communications strategy ensured that our message reached a targeted audience in a cost-efficient manner.”

James Richter | SCMA Marketing Director

Do you make banners?TPM

TPM (The Print Machine) can print anything. If it is large format and needs to be printed, they can do it. The problem is that many of their clients and potential clients don’t know it. They are commonly mispercieved as a vinyl banner or sign shop. TPM hired Genesis Studios to create a video that their sales people could use to help communicate the many “out-of-the-box” print capabilities they have while also inspiring their potential clients to create something new. With the help of “The Print Machine”, we follow one creative’s new company idea from his first sketches all the way to it coming alive across the city. TPM uses this video as an introduction to their company in sales presentations, at trade shows, and play it regularly in their show rooms.

“The entire Genesis staff were very creative in transforming our vision into something spectacular. The final product surpassed all expectations.”

David Ruff | TPM Sales Director
