Oil sand’s are a mixture of bitumen and sand .The oil

sands are a carbon intensive process is inefficient because of its way of mining and refining oil . There current sales are 1 million barrels a day . There rapid expansion of oil sands is putting strain on the communities and the environment. This means that humans have impacted the environment a lot by exracting oil sand. .

Fact: Humans take upOver 3 million

pounds of oil sand a year in Alberta,

Physical Characteristics include, Crops, Plains, landforms and body’s of water. The Human Characteristics include, Exporting items, Building’s . Most of the things we do are the same things they do.

The Biome in Alberta Canada is the tundra and it is different from the others because it is always freezing and has frost on ground every day.
