Assist clients with Sign-in & Registration process
Determine what services are required
Offer support to clients with their job search needs

Active in community relations including school/group presentationsAssists multi-barriered and disability clients in identifying and working to remove barriers to employment Works in collaboration with employers to create employment opportunities and job shadow experience

WorkshopsCareer Tracks hosts a 2 week In-House workshop
every month and also refers to other specialized workshops within the community.

Job Finders Workshop Create the perfect resume and cover letter, perfect your Interview
skills and brush up on your job search skills

RED InitiativeCareer Tracks has just recently been approved for
some dynamic funding opportunities. $500 dollar certificates
If a client attends our 2 week Career Planning workshops they are eligible for up to 2 days of training with a max of $500
Tools of the Trade Clients that are in the process of finding a industry specific
position are eligible for a one time $150 for “Tools of the Trade” Examples of equipment are Hammer, Hard Hat, Steel Toe
Shoes, Dress Clothes, Non-slip Shoes, and much more.
Transportation Allowance Client can receive up to 2 weeks of bus tickets or up
to their first pay check. Tickets are available for job search & interviews

Provides Skill Enhancement opportunities for individuals with no EI BackgroundTraining can be for up to 12 weeks in durationUp to a maximum of $5000 allocated for training costs and $5000 for living allowance during training Enables youth clients to access basic skills training including courses such as:
Food Safe, First Aid, Forklift, Early Childhood Educator, WHMIS, Life Guard, Bartending, Dog Grooming
and more!

Skills Development Employment Benefit (SDEB)Clients must be on a current EI Claim (non-medical related) or have reachback status (collected EI in the past 3 years)
Allows funding for programs that are up to 2 years in length and may offer a living allowance during training
Programs must be through an accredited college or university
