• Steel reinforced concrete structures constitute the majority of building and civil structures and they may degrade in durability following natural or artificial impact. In the past, reinforcing was mainly carried out for durability after deterioration due to natural conditions. However, reinforcing is required for various purposes, including the enhancing of? bridge loads due to increases in traffic, remodeling of structures, and reinforcing structures against earthquakes. We offer a CFRP strip in addition to its carbon fiber sheet toaid such new reinforcing?requirements.

● -CPS Product Features

• *CPS is a product that is produced by dipping high-strength and high tensile carbon fiber (80% in weight) in epoxy resin. Carbon fiber sheets need to be dipped in epoxy resin at the site. However, -CPS is fast to apply and users may omit the on-site dipping process. Since it is already dipped in epoxy resin, defects from poor dipping or curing are prevented. It features a uniform quality because of a consistent resin coat.

• * CPS features outstanding tensile strength for bending load, deformation or increased stress. No multiple layers are required like with a carbon fiber sheet. It features smaller workarea and is ideal for reinforcing flat concrete structures like slabs and beams thanks to its outstanding tensile properties.

• * Because of the tensile properties are higher than that of a carbon fiber sheet, it does not require application all over the concrete element. Thus, it is easy to monitor crack development or water leaks after application.

• * As -CPS is already cured, it may be easily stored and used almost permanently without deformation or deterioration.

• * -CPA adhesive used for -CPS is highly viscous, easy to apply without downflowing.
