McDaniel Solutions was established in August 2019. Previously

known as CM Disposal, Director and Founder Daniel Mc

Donald has 22 years’ experience in fabrication and welding

and three years’ experience with asbestos removal. Daniel has

experience working in Ireland, the UK and Australia.

Our main business is Non-Friable Asbestos with moving into

working with friable asbestos in the near future.

Our secondary and growing business is fabrication, welding

and maintenance for businesses.

We have worked in far North Queensland and have done work

for Toll Mining Services, QER, TEYS, JADA Building Services, &

many more. We have served Insurance companies and the

public.

We supply to Northern Queensland and Surrounding areas.

Our Company focuses on the health and safety of our staff and

clients first and foremost. We stand by being honest, reliable

and will never leave a job incomplete or unsatisfactory to the

client. We offer quality workmanship and high standards of

service. Our business is always growing and we are pleased to

be able to offer friable asbestos removal in the near future.

We are diligent in our work and for this, we have been

recommended to other potential clients in the real estate and

builder industries.

Our biggest asset is our reliability, we believe in helping

people.If we can identify a better solution, we will advise the

clients on what we believe is the best option. Communication

TRAINING & SKILLS

All of our staff are trained in non-friable and friable asbestos

removal. Our employees include two qualified boilermakers,

both with ISO 9606 welding standard and two asbestos

supervisors. We are dedicated to the continual improvement

of our employees skills and training.

TRACK RECORD //Delivery performance and reliability – We have an excellent track record for delivery of projects. We maintain consistent

and open communication with the client and ensure they are happy with the time allocated to the completion of their

project.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS //Our management system includes: Safety Management System, Environment Management System, Quality Management

System, Risk Management Approach, Other Work Management Systems.

Relationships and Communication

We have built a standing relationship with Toll Mining

Services over the past two years and are proud to say we

work well under pressure together and can adapt to any

change of circumstances.

Our business is very responsive and are available after

hours and during holiday periods. Christmas 2018 was a

good example as a lot of people were unavailable but we

were available. We pride ourselves on good communication

and getting back to clients as soon as possible. If there is

any delay, we contact clients and explain the reason, but

this does not happen often.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

We are a small business that is growing and as we get

bigger, we promise to keep our quick response time. We

make sure to communicate in some way each day to clients

to let them know that we have received their enquiry and

we will get back to them.

We like to meet face to face and look at jobs personally

before we do a quotation. This gives the client a chance to

meet us and ask any questions they have.

I have used McDaniel Solutions on a number of projects. I found

that the projects were completed to a high standard, on time and

within budget. The work was always carried out in the agreed manner, in

full compliance with site and statutory requirements.


Networks – Our network is based locally. We work with local builders and

contractors. McDaniel Solutions does its best to resource locally and has made

good relations with Business in Gladstone and the surrounding areas.

Corporate Social Responsibility – As we grow, we would like to give sponsorship

to schools and the local communities. So far, we have been collecting bottles and

giving them to local schools for funding.

fabrication, painting, asbestos repair work, asbestos removal

work, re sheeting walls (2017-present).

transported and disposed of all waste remaining from the

removal all asbestos from an existing structure and also create

stainless steel hand rails.
