Introduction to MARC• At Mangal Analytics and Research Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (MARC),

we provide management consulting and business advisory

services.

• MARC was originally incorporated as a partnership firm,

Mangal Advisory Services (MAS), in August, 2010.

• Our clients range from start-ups to established business

houses to reputed companies.

• “Mangal” in Hindi means “well being”. As our name suggests,

we intend to bring about “Mangal” for all our stakeholders;

clients, employees, partners and the society in general.

Introduction to MARC• We believe that every business is unique and that

every business has the potential to be the best. This

belief has led us to providing our clients with the best

and customised business advisory services which

helps them take care of their key pain points while

building competitive advantage.

• We have a host of advisers comprising of Chartered

Our Management Team• Ashutosh Kharangate

Ashutosh is the founder and Managing Director. Prior to incorporating MARC, Ashutosh worked in the financial advisory division of PricewaterhouseCoopers (Mumbai). In his three and half year stint at PwC, Ashutosh worked with several private equities and companies across sectors.His key skills include due diligence and financial analysis. Ashutosh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a certificate in business finance.

• Mr. Satish ShindeMr. Shinde is the co founder and Director. He is also the Managing Director of Astra Metal Systems Private Limited and has over 25 years of experience. In addition he owns Group of Companies focused on the sheet metal fabrication domain and other allied areas. He holds a diploma in Structural Fabrication and Erection Engineering. He is a hard core techie with an eye for details.

Our Advisors• Mr. Nilesh Naik

Mr. Naik lends business advisory support to MARC. He is a Partner at ANN Associates. He carries with him a work experience of over 16 years. Prior to starting his own advisory firm ANN Associates, Nilesh was a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, India (PwC). Nilesh has provided a wide range of mergers & acquisitions/ investment advisory services and corporate advisory services to strategic and private equity clients. Nilesh is a Chartered Accountant.

• Prashant Thacker Mr. Thacker lends tax advisory support to MARC. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Partner at Thacker & Associates, Mumbai. Prashant has over 12 years of experience and has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Ambit-RSM. Prashant has extensively worked with large multinational and Indian clients advising on international tax, domestic tax, transfer pricing, regulatory and accounting issues especially on acquisition strategy, corporate / international tax and corporate restructuring.

Our Advisors• Shrenik Ajmera

Mr. Ajmera is an advisor on board for valuation assignments. Post qualification, Shrenik worked for 3 years in the Valuation & Strategy team of PricewaterhouseCoopers (‘PwC’), a global professional service firm before starting his own practice. He specializes in conducting business valuations and has given formal valuation opinions on business for tax disputes, financial reporting and regulatory purposes.

• Rohit PintoMr. Pinto is an Operations and Strategic Consultant at MARC. A Mechanical Engineer with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Goa Institute of Management, Rohit has had experience across a number of industries handling varied middle and top management functions ranging from operations, through finance to strategic planning.
