Conclusion

La Mauritanie est le premier pays à avoir mis en œuvre le CAP-Scan et à avoir montré que l’approche est viable

Maintenant que la question de sa faisabilité ne se pose plus, le CAP-Scan apparaît comme une réelle opportunité pour le Gouvernement de prendre la main sur son agenda

Le « vrai » travail commence maintenant ! La Mauritanie dispose déjà d’un groupe à

même de relever le défi
