PLANNING FOR THE PROJECT

Once a church has decided to take on a requested project, your Coordinator will work with both churches to initiate planning process.

The completed application will be reviewed by your coordinator and both parties, to ensure all plans are finalized and readiness to start the project.

Once project is completed, the requesting church will be required to submit a detailed completion report to the coordinator so that your project can be reported and recognized by the District.

We are praying that the “Hearts with Hands” projects will bring local churches together to help each other.
