The leadership team selection process is one area that many campusministers have questions like: How does the selection process work? Whatquestions should be asked during leadership interviews? How much commitment should we demand and/or expect?

Leadership interviews may be one of the most valuable experiences of the year. Students will share valuable insights about thier lives and perspecivesthat may positively influence ministry decisions; interviews are certainly worth the time & effort. Each interview should last at least 15 minutes including a commitment pledge that clearly communicates expectations and accountability to leadership commitment.
