This mysterious creature appeared to be a mammal with stubby ears, and, prepare to be spooked, a beak like a bird. • The state park is home to tons of rare plants and animals, for example, the blue-spotted salamander and the eastern tiger salamander. Rumors of these experiments, involving time travel, physic abilities, and tons more, began in the early 1980’s. The Montauk Project inspired the hit Netflix show Stranger Things, and is an incredibly interesting topic to research if you’re interested.
