The series will provide a platform for scholarly research on any geographic area within the expansive Islamic world, stretching from the Mediterranean to China, and dated to any period from the eve of Islam until the early modern era. Scholars are invited to submit proposals for original monographs, translations (Arabic, Persian, Syriac, Greek, and Latin) and edited volumes related to these broad areas of research. The series is open to established and early career academics, as well as postgraduate researchers intending to publish revised doctoral theses. All suitable submissions will be peer-reviewed by two leading specialists and the series is overseen by editorial boards made up of distinguished scholars in the field.
