General condit ions

Conditions for the event:

1. Being hosted in the city of the JE2. Gathering approximately 50 participants from 12 different

countries.3. Taking place beginning/mid October 2015 for 2-3 days

(including a week-end)4. Free placements for JADE Team members (7 in total)5. The fee should not be more than 120€6. One member should be present during the General

Assembly (15-16 May 2015) in order to present theapplication.

7. Proposals will be voted by JADE Members during theGeneral Assembly of JADE May Meeting 2015. Once aproposal is approved, no changes will be accepted.

8. Full support from JADE Team for promoting andfundraising.

Final proposal can differ if agreed with JADE ExBo 2015. Your suggestions are welcome.
