Quality Farm raised Beef from our

farm to your table.

Calaboga Grazing Company, LLC

Located in Hammond, NY, just two miles from

the St. Lawrence Seaway in St. Lawrence County,

the farm sits on 700 acres of fields, woods and

farm raised waterways. Beautiful certified or-

ganic hay fields skirt the family Farm. Our two

Black Angus bulls and two Belted Galloway pre-

side over the herd of steers, cows and heifers

and calves that roam the lush green fields, en-

joying the clean air, clean water and soaking up

the rays of North Country sunshine.

The farm is family owned and operated. The

calving in spring, haying in summer, fencing in

fall and feeding out in winter is a life we live and

love. This passion is shown in the quality beef ,

chicken, pork and eggs that we provide to our

family and customers. Our beef herd is the

product of years of quality breeding with pure

angus bulls and our new additions of the Belted

Galloway. Our calves are born healthy and

spunky. The calves bond with their mothers and

they are assimilated into the herd.

Farm Grass raised Beef It is our desire to provide our family and your family

with the highest quality beef. To ensure the quality,

flavor and tenderness, we graze our animals on our

lush green pastures. The pastures are free from any

additives or fertilizers. The cattle graze on rotating

pastures allowing them to eat fresh green grass all

summer. In winter, they are fed our own premium hay

from our certified organic fields. We do not add any

supplements or chemicals, no hormones, or steroids,

allowing our beef to grow naturally.

Breakout of Packaging Our Farm raised Beef is processed by a USDA ap-

proved butcher. The meat is

cryovac wrapped, labeled with cut

and flash frozen. We keep the beef

stored in freezers at a controlled

temp of zero degrees to ensure

that the meat stays at it’s freshest

condition. We keep a supply on

hand, and will butcher steers upon

request. Our steers are generally

14 months old with a walking weight of 1,000 to 1,200

lbs.

Beef can be purchased as a whole, half side, or quarter

and delivered locally to the butcher of your choice for

your choice of cuts.

We also offer cuts from our freezer trade. Beef bundle

packages are available including specialty packages

Barbeque package (hamburger, steaks and brisket);

and Down home package (beef cubes, chuck roast and

cube steaks); each with 50 lbs of freezer ready beef.

Break out the grill and order some quality beef for

your family. Family Farm aerial fly over.

Food for Thought…………….

The point is, when it comes to food, the most important factor to consider is the nutritional component. In that respect the only important difference be-tween meat products is what the animals were fed. All grass-fed, grass-finished meats have 100% of the nutrients required by man in perfect balance. Grass-fed meats are the most perfect food for opti-mum health. That's what really counts.
