Ms. Schadler will speak about the underlying causes of the global financial crunch, and what must be done to alleviate disruptions and reduce the risk of future crises.

This session will review the latest Chapter 11 developments and Chapter 15 proceedings.The panel will discuss DIP financing availability, or the lack thereof, the growth of liquidating Chapter 11’s, recognition of a Canadian order and when to start plenary proceedings in the US, as well as factors for enforcing US judgments.
