Research Problem: At SFSU there are many different vendors on campus for students to choose from. These vendors range in the variety of food and drinks that they offer, and in the amount and quality of service that is provided.

Objective: We want to determine if the students and faculty simply choose one vendor over another because of conveniences, choice of food, customer service, or quality of food.

Research Hypothesis: If Café Rosso can determine their strong and weak points with their customer service they can increase their customer satisfaction, which would lead to higher profit and greater market share.
