CAB BLINDS - 3 PIECE SET VW T4 TRANSPORTER

Fitting Instructions (for windows 1,2 & 3)

Thank you for your purchase; we want you to get the best results when using our products, so please be sure to read these instructions before attempting the installation of the Blind set.

Tools required:

Phillips screwdriver

Electric drill

2mm drill bit

Tape Measure

Masking Tape The set comprises:

Windscreen Blind (x1)

Front Door Blind (x2)

Poppers (x4)

Screws (x4)

Storage bag (x1)

Windscreen Blind – Fixing the poppers 1. Before the Windscreen Blind can be fitted, you will need to fit two poppers to each of the front

‘A’ pillar trims. The centre of the top popper needs to be 80mm down from the centre of the screw cap at the top of the ‘A’ pillar trim. The centre of the bottom popper needs to be fitted 450mm down from the centre of the top popper. Both of the poppers should be positioned towards the middle of the ‘A’ pillar trim. (fig.1)

2. Put a mark 80mm down from the centre of the screw cap at the middle of the trim. Drill a 2mm

hole and screw the popper into place. Please do not over tighten the screw. (fig.2 & 3) TIP: Apply a piece of masking tape to the trim before marking.

3. Measure from the centre of the top popper down 450mm and mark the spot. Before you drill, it

is advisable to offer the Blind up and pop the top popper on. Hold the bottom popper of the Blind and check that the material will be under stretch between the two poppers when pulled down to the mark. If not, then adjust accordingly. (fig.4,5,6 & 7)

Front Door Blinds – Fitting 1. Place the Blind up to the door and attach the 8 magnets to the metalwork reveal surrounding the

window. You can make adjustments for best fit. (fig.8,9,10,11 & 12)

Windscreen Blind - Fitting 1. Hook the first elastic loop over one sun visor and pop on the two poppers. (fig.13,14,15 & 16)

2. Repeat for the other side. (fig.17 & 18)

3. Fold down one sun visor whilst holding the middle of the blind up in place. (fig.19 & 20)

4. Push the bottom of the blind forward towards the windscreen. (fig.21)

5. Repeat for the other side and push the bottom of the blind forward towards the windscreen.

The door Blinds can be folded down half way to let in daylight in the morning, but still retain some privacy.

All folds away in the supplied storage bag.
