Coral Reefs
Are made of corals which are marine
organisms from the Phylum Cnidaria, and
exist as small sea anemone-like
polypes typically in colonies of many
identical individuals.

Most Corals depend on sunlight, and grow in clear and shallow waters of not
more than 50 meters deep, at water temperature of at
least 20 degree Celsius. These corals make a major contribution to the physical structure of the coral reefs that develop in tropical and
subtropical waters.
