Before work started C was on the critical path in the place of AA’s work took 4 weeks (not 2)C’s work took 3 weeks (as expected)

The critical path can be altered from the duration projection to what the actual completed time

It is important to use Project Management to keep track of any changes

This was the first time we also planned ahead with money
