Click here Dear Dancers, The Isadora Duncan Dance Foundation is pleased to announce our "best of both" exclusive student package, including: ‐ TWO Duncan Technique classes Dates: April 18, May 2, 9, or 23 Time: 2:15 ‐ 4:00 p.m. Location: 889 Broadway at 19th Street, 4th Floor (The studio boasts plenty of sunlight, and is near Union Square and the Farmers Market.) The classes begin on the floor with fluid warm‐up movements and breathing exercises. The class progresses to standing and moving through a series of Duncan movements that expand upward and outward to flow through the entire body. All of the movement is supported by music of the great classical masters. Particular attention will be paid to the musicality within the Duncan tradition as the students accomplish skips, runs, leaps, polkas and waltzes.
