WHAT WE OFFER

• 4 trade marks for adult diapers and underpads which occupy all necessary segments: softVelvet, Sani, GoGo, MedSL. One of trade marks (Sani) is passing a registration in Russia and Europe Union.

• Registration certificate in Ministry of Health of the medical items (not limited in time) of Ukraine.

• Collected the list of documents to register the Medical Appliances in Russia.• Contracts with two suppliers (China), providing high quality products and the

reasonable price. Both manufacturers are in the registration certificate to Ukraine.

• Designed packages for all items.

The whole sales capacity of adult diapers and absorbent underpads in Ukraine is up to 40 mln. USD, based on made results of research analyses by Business-Credit Company for 2012. The population of Ukraine is about 45 mln. people.

The total population of Russia and Europe Union is about 640 mln. people.Based on these numbers we can suppose that the total commodity circulation in Russia and European countries is more than 500 mln. USD per year.

About 80% of the market shares two trade marks – Seniand Tena.

Price positioning of Tena –about on 10% lower Seni.

In more lower segment and with correspondence level of quality there is third participant with a volumes – ТМ Belosnezhka.

Therefore there is no practically devotion to the brand of buyer.

Having the assortment of quality goods in the different segments gives an opportunity to occupy a big share of the market.

softVelvet – it is a soft care

about relatives.

The diapers softVelvet on it

is level of quality holds out to leaders of the market and even have some advantages in relation to the leaders on the market.

The package softVelvet transfuses feelings of

warm and comfort which is necessary for people who are in the difficult situation.

Stored modes and color distinctiveness of sizes (each diaper has its color) lets to consumer easily to remember and find on the shelf «his diapers».

The main task of trade mark Sani – «get lost»

among the harmonious marks Seni and Tena, therefore occupy own part of the market.

The quality of good – on the level of leaders of the market. Consequently, the exterior view of packages and bright modes in the packages let for mark to throw out among the direct competitors.The mark is positioned about 5-10% lower than the marks Seni and Tena.

In spite of that the main users of underpads are parents with small children, the leaders of the market practically doesn’t use this audience in its marketing .

Communicating directly to dominating audience of

consumers, trade mark GoGo is able to occupy

essential part of market .

P.S. in the perspective, the trade mark can be used as for sales of children diapers .

GoGo offers not only children underpads – GoGo offers the underpads for boys

and girls!

Devoted mother who once put her «bunny» on the underpad with rabbits, she will not already want putting her bunny on the underpads without marks as medical-blue underpads!

Will be the same situation with parents of a small «pussy cat» and will use with love by

underpads GoGo – even if they are a little bit higher…

MedSL – it is a ministerial trade mark. It can be used for becoming familiar with

low price segment. Otherwise, to make this position in upper segment.
