Minutes of the previous meeting were circulated and taken as read.

At that stage three people were still to pay their dues renewals to the club which, when totalled, would amount to $180.00.

Vice President Membership

The Clubs membership is 13 at present.

We need to continually come up with ideas for getting new members and be vigilant about ensuring that we keep the members we have. The fact that some members will leave is inevitable so we need to continually make our meetings interesting and exciting. Posters need to be prominently displayed.

The adoption of the reports was moved by Yvonne Bartos and seconded by Ditas Anderson. The motion was carried.

Club Officer Elections.

President: Sukanya Peddakotla prepared to take it on. Motion put to pay for her membership so that she could be a club officer. Moved Cheryl White, Seconded Yvonne Bartos. Carried.
