connects the emblematic Hotel Fonda Europa, the Porxada, the City Council

and the central commercial area.

The building's unique façade design is complemented by a generous offering of space, with standard apartments

between 236 and 290 m2and a 458 m2 penthouse duplex witha 145m2 terrace and swimming pool.

The building has a total of only 5 apartments,1 commercial space and a car park.

Partition walls between apartments
