Sub: Uploading the information about Practical counseling sessions- M.Sc (Psy)and B.Sc (Psy) in TNOU Website Calendar Year batches- reg.

1) MSY-5/15 (Psychological Testing), BSY 22 and BSY 35 (ExperimentaPsychology- I & II respectively) and MCP 25 (Psychological Tests forAssessment) are practical subjects for which attendance in counseling sessionsare compulsory.

2) As in the past, the practical counselling sessions for Calendar Year 2010, 2009

and 2008 batches for the programmes of MSY-5/15, BSY-22 and BSY-35,respectively will be conducted by TNOU at the following FIVE centres on thedates shown against each in the schedule, and the suitable orders for the samewere obtained from the authorities. For MCP-25 it will be conducted at therespective Programme centres itself.

3) Hence, it is requested that this may be uploaded in the TNOU website, for theinformation purpose, (soft copy of the schedule, student intimation letter andcenters list enclosed)

Dear Student,

Sub : Intimation of the Practical Counseling classes for the I M.Sc Psychology Calendar Year 2010 batch Paper MSY-15 Psychological testing regarding.

You are required to appear for the Counseling sessions for the I M.Sc-Psychology Paper V (MSY-15) Psychological testing which are to be conducted and subsequently for the practicalexamination on the dates mentioned hereunder. Date of the examination will be confirmed in theclass. You are also required to make note of the following:

1. You are hereby intimated that this is the only chance to attend the classes and subsequently

you will not be permitted to appear for the practical examination.2. If you do not attend this batch of classes subsequently you have to pay for attending thePractical counselling classes as and when they are conducted in future.3. You should bring your identity card to the classes.4. You have to bring a record note book (one side un-ruled, +2 science model, A4 size) acalculator and other stationary materials.5. Attendance to all the sessions on both days is compulsory.6. Only those who have attended all the sessions of counseling will be admitted for thePractical examination.7. Submission of the completed (fully recorded) practical record is compulsory.8. You are required to take the examination only at the centre where you have attended theclasses/counseling sessions.

9. If you had already attended the practical counseling sessions, please send the intimationduly certified by the erstwhile centre Coordinator which will be verified with the attendance recordalready received by us.

10. Students who have already paid exam fees for the practical examination (along withthe theory papers) will only be permitted to take up the practical examination. In case of anyenquiry contact the Office of the COE, TNOU (Phone: 044 32467007).11. The timing of the classes are ; 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM12. The tentative dates for the Counselling sessions and practical examinations may be asunder :
