HELLO!F U T U R E T E A M ,

It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my portfolio of work to your team. As a marketing and financial professional with 6+ years of agency experience and 1 year exposure with formal project management, I know my diverse skills and experiences will make me an asset to your team.

As you will see from my attached portfolio, I’ve built an expansive skill set in which I’ve combined years of hard work with incredible opportunities I was given. I am a mind that is both creative and analytical; all of my work will showcase this. I have worked on a diverse range of projects that have been executed with finesse. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it. I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same; tight deadlines and many projects at once. I understand working with multiple stakeholder and know how to meet project constraints.

In addition to being flexible and able to work under tight time constraints, I’m also a fanatic for details – particularly when it comes to the final product. I have worked on numerous projects in an agency setting from conception through implementation and know how to manage projects while always considering the stakeholders. I have launched websites, digital marketing campaigns, and learning platforms. I have conducted numerous organizational analyses, risk assessments, and am a master of numbers. I understand financial concepts and know how to stay on-budget. I am a great communicator and know how to manage relationships with clients. I can present anything you give me and design it for that matter!

Last, I want you to know that I’m truly passionate to collaborate on a team with multi-industry experience. I consider myself a true project person and have an entrepreneur mindset. An entrepreneurial work-environment is something I strive to be in; I would be honored to work with a like-minded group of people.

I am thrilled at the possibility of being involved with your community and am absolutely ecstatic to apply for an open position. I have been waiting for a while now to finally begin our conversation and look forward to continuing it! Thank you so much for your consideration.

During my t ime at evian, my main focus was support ing the Brand Manager in Trade Marketing. Trade marketingwas a relat ively new subset of evian’s marketing group but arguably one of the most important . In this role I supported

sales (small store, large grocery, on-premise, luxury & holist ic retai lers , and drug), sales strategy, supply chain and f inance.

One of my main tasks was working with remaining FY2016 budget to place an order for permanent standing racks for some of oursales channels . I worked with numerous vendors, brand specialists in France, and agencies to bring this to reality . I had to l ive

And breath the evian brand to be able to convey it to our stakeholders in the image we wanted to move to. Below are somerenderings of potential permanent racks for the project that I managed.

Branding is one of my passions; I work dil igently to create an experience from vis ion to execution.

POTRATZ’s rebranding project was no different . When tasked with this major overhaul of the website in 2017 I knew it was a large project .I worked close with the CEO and COO to mark down perfectly how the brand strived to be perceived then got to work. I used inspirat ion from

other sources but ult imately was driven by data and the POTRATZ brand.

I worked on this project from beginning to f in ish as it took up almost 4 months. I designed the new brand, conveyed the image to graphics and webdesign and made sure that every deadline was hit along the way. PotratzNY.com launched 2 weeks early and continues to improve on the vis ion I setup.

The 6 years that I worked at POTRATZ had no ordinary day. I was tasked in 2017 withaiding in the restructuring / rebranding of the company as the agency was going ‘fully-digital . ’ I

worked directly with the CEO and Vice President of account services on the brand image of ‘new POTRATZ. ’

From January-August of 2017 I worked on restructuring the brand from the ground up. New product offerings, new website, new look, and a more modern way of working. I worked closely with the VP on marketing strategy,

conveying the new brand image with all stakeholders of the company, market research on the new image, and brand ideation.

The marketing deck below is one that I made in the beginning of 2017. This was the f irst edit ion of the new brand launch. This ent ire pitch deck was my take on the new brand.

I was challenged with taking 300+ pages of data and reports about millennials and tell a story about how to market to them.I used Neilson, Mintel, Stat ista, and numerous databases to pull reports from.

In this project I compiled a report on my f indings and translated it to a story. The VP of POTRATZ has presented this story at various conferences, events, and continues to tell this story.

Below are shots of the deck that I made. Behind the scenes consists of a case study, online learning series, and supplementarymaterial that backed up this story.

I have worked on the launch of over 15+ websites. From websites created by POTRATZ, a point-of-sale tool tracking s ite made for internal use only at Danone, to creat ing e-commerce websites, I understand the full project l i fecycle of

launching a website and how to ut i l ize stakeholders to make sure a website launches flawlessly.

When I f i rst started at POTRATZ in 2011, I worked dil igently to understand SEO and how to make a website ‘pop’ in search. I have self-taught Wordpress, Shopify, Squarespace, HTML, CSS and understand the components it takes from conception through launch for a website. Both Potratz NY and ONATAH Outfitters I wire-framed then worked with web dev to build the s ite that I planned. I know how to work with both creat ive and developers to produce a great product by deadline. All of the websites above were designed and custom crafted by me; I designed each interface custom for

the goal of the s ite itself . Potratz NY was to truly encompass a new brand, while ONATAH was directly around a marketing funnel for e-commerce. The site was designed around Facebook, Instagram, and Google Adword campaigns.

LEAN Contact Center Huddle Board

Project Charter

My projects in Finance have been centered in LEAN and Agile methodologies. I was formally trained in both management principles and use both in conjunction for my project management philosophy. From scrum master

mentalit ies to LEAN problem solving and standard work, I know how to combat managing teams of people and bringing them into harmony with these methodologies.

Above are an Agile based project charter that In created for a Set-Sail Kit project that I managed during my tenure at Vanguard. The project issued ineff iciencies within Vanguard’s hir ing process and how a s imple SharePoint s ite and

booklet could alleviate some ineff iciencies within the contact center. To the right is an example of a LEAN huddle board that I worked with my team to become more eff icient within the contact center. We used this LEAN tool as a way to bring discussion and meaning to our team. The conversat ions from this tool led to the ignit ion of the Vanguard Pilot .

The last project that I led on during my tenure at Vanguard was to improve crews’ work habits , quality of the role, and general happiness. After months of test ing and analysis , I determined that crew were almost 20% more ineff icient in the role when on a t ime tracking software for payroll . I presented the f indings to management and began a ‘Pi lot ’ where I had 45 days to truly test

how eff icient the contact center could be without the t ime tracking mechanisms. I used LEAN and Agile methodologies to manage crew on this pilot and successfully launched the Retail Services ”Pilot” which aims on giving crew more freedom and development within their role. Since deployment of this project , crew were able to serve 26% more clients while maintaining

project responsibil i t ies Customer service scores also went up almost 5% because of the added engagement. As of Apri l 2019, Pi lot is being deployed later in the year to almost 600 eligible crew.

Excel and analyt ics are the backbone of every project I do. I am highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and Database. I often usePivot , regression analysis , and trend analysis to gather insights .

Above is analysis I did to predict call volume for Vanguard’s busy tax-season. I compiled over 300,000 data entries, ran mult iple analysesto determine future trends and identif ied mult iple problem areas / focus points to senior management.

Currently, this analysis is being used to fuel new ways to target client need and amplify engagement.

Below are examples of the f inal pitch I made to senior management of Vanguard on ways to improve call ineff iciencies.

I managed this project from init ial ideat ion, to the analyses itself .

Once insights were gathered, I strategized with stakeholders on what possible solut ions were.I pin-pointed areas of focus and shared my insights . On the deck below, I designed the ent ire presentat ion to

further convey the need for the insights and presented my f indings to senior management.

In 2016 3 fr iends and myself set out to start an anthropic business venture that strived to give back to the worldaround us. We adhered to strict values that led to the formation of ONATAH OUTFITTERS.

100% Fair Trade and made-up of 6 charity-based pillars that proceeds were donated to.ONATAH OUTFITTERS launched in summer of 2016 and ended the year with almost $8,000 in gross sales.

My role in the group was marketing and brand management; from making the logo, designing and maintaining thewebsite, using Mintel data to cater to local markets and forecast sales, manage and design photoshoots, ad-hoc

design work, create marketing campaigns, communicate with brand ambassadors and pitch to potential investors .

In 2017 I set out to make my own hand-crafted 100% organic soy candles as a s ide-project with my roommate. I researched best distributors ,pract ices and ways of branding and got to work! I did everything myself from the custom wax blends, logo design, distribut ion, and A|B test ing.

2018 proved a successful year; I made custom candle favors for 2 weddings.Currently, Hand Crafted By Bryan is working on distribut ion to Aust in , TX and Manayunk, PA.
