Tiger II+ and Tiger IIL are a new generation of Tiger II grinding wheels, providing an economical solution for grinding the cutting face on carbide-tipped saw blades. The innovative geometry of the grinding wheel enables the tooth face to be ground without difficulty even where tooth gaps are narrow. Tiger II+ and Tiger IIL are the ideal combination of innovative grinding wheel geometry and effective K-Plus bonds by WINTER.Tiger II+ and Tiger IIL are the successful development of Tiger II; Tiger II+ has been designed to offer improved quality of ground parts, whilst Tiger IIL offers improved lifetime. All Tiger II grinding wheels are designed with a stable aluminium body which reduces grinding pressure and offers high break resistance. The grinding wheel offers layer angles of 25o and 20o enabling it to grind saws with very narrow tooth gaps, optimising all grinding cycles.
