COMPUDON - An IT skills initiative of

CyberLearning, is a platform for

students to showcase their expert skills

using Microsoft Office tools. Eligible students

from all states of India are expected to compete for the

title of “India Champions”, who then will be proudly

representing India at the Worldwide Competition (fully

sponsored trip by CyberLearning) to be held in Las

Vegas, USA in August 2012.. CyberLearning launched the Indian championship on Microsoft Office applications in year 2011

as COMPUDON 2011, which gave the opportunity to students from India to show off their skills

in MS Office and compete at the worldwide competition in August, 2011 in San Diego, USA.

Last year three students from 3 Delhi Schools, namely Delhi Public School, (R.K.Puram).

Kulachi Hansraj, New Delhi and Maharaja Agrasen Model School, New Delhi proudly

represented India at the worldwide competition. This year again, COMPUDON- Season II is

your gateway to the worldwide competition 2012.

Eligible students are invited to demonstrate their

skills in Microsoft® Office by taking an eligible

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification

exam on any one MS Office applications from

Microsoft Office Word, Excel® and PowerPoint®.

2007 / 2010. A total of 6 students will win the “India

Champion” title and then proudly represent India

at the Worldwide Competition organized by

Certiport to be held in August 2012 at Las

Vegas, USA.

Students between the ages of 13

and 22 (as of June 15, 2012),

enrolled in an approved academic

institution.

to participate in the 2012 Competition

in any exam EXCEPT for the exam

version they previously participated.

To participate, a student must submit

a valid score on any of the following

exam tracks:

Word / Excel / PowerPoint

(2007 or 2010)

THERE ARE 3 COMPETITION LEVELS:

LEVEL 1:

• A maximum of 15 students per exam track from a

testing location will be selected for 2nd level subject to

the qualification criteria.

• A maximum of 300 Students from each exam track

will be selected for 2nd Level on basis of qualification

criteria.

LEVEL 2:

• Qualifying students will appear for 2nd Level MOS exams at select locations across India as

organized by Certiport Worldwide Competition team. Locations will be notified in January

2012.

• A maximum of 50 students per exam track will be selected on basis of highest score for the

3nd (final) Level as India Finalist for Worldwide Competition.

LEVEL 3:

• Level 3 examinations will be conducted at a pre decided date and location by Certiport

Worldwide Competition team in New Delhi in April 2012.

• There may be additional qualifying criteria as well to choose the Country Winners

• All the finalists will appear for the final level examinations and top students with the best

exam score and time in each exam track will be selected as “India Champion” and as

Country Winner for Worldwide Competition.

Participation Fee (Incl. preparation e-kit) @ Rs. 699/- per student

COMPUDON goes GREEN with eKIT Each participating student will be given an eKIT which will include a MOS

Exam Voucher along with a complimentary 6 months access to engaging and

interactive eLearning course on MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint

(selected version).

Please read the Official Rules governing this competition before entering. By

opting to participate, participants agree to be governed by the Official Rules as

given on www.compudon.in and Worldwide Contest Official Rules given on

www.officecompetition.com.

IMPORTANT Participants must register their exam scores (either at the

time of taking the exam or after taking the exam), both at

WWW.COMPUDON.IN and WWW.CERTIPORT.COM Students

who fail to register their exam scores for competition as

above, will not be considered for the competition.

50,000 in each exam category by

Rs. 25,000 for 1st runners-up in each

exam category by Certiport

• Cash (or equivalent prizes) of Rs.

15,000 for 2nd runners-up in each exam

category by Certiport

Testing Locations:

• Prizes for maximum participation and

success in the competition by Certiport

• LEVEL 1 Toppers from each institute to

get COMPUDON award medals by

CyberLearning

• For teachers who contribute
