Protect ExcellenceProtect Excellence is a distinction in the present ranges of products in this field, on account of an ingenuous combination of small and larger polyamide filements, resulting in an optimal density. Protect Excellence is produced by using solar energy. 33% of the yarns are recycled. Protect Excellence has a spontaneous design which not only hides the walked in dirt and moisture, but will result in a practically seamless floor.

Protect SuperThe exclusive use of coarse filament polyamide yarn in the manufacture of Protect Super provides an extra brush effect. Scan-dinavian research proved that Protect Super reduced levels of dust and improved indoor air quality which reduced absenteeism. Protect Super meets the highest standard for European Fire tests. Protect Super is ideally suited for heavily trafficked entrance, lobby or reception areas.

Glued down In frequently used areas the Zeno-Protect range of products should be adhered. The subfloor must be dry, smooth and stable. Adhesion must be carried out in accordance with instructions of the adhesive manufacturer. Note: Zeno-Protect B.V. cannot be held responsible for the performance of the recommended adhesive. This information is intended as a guide only. Use always an acrylic dispersion glue suitable for PVC!

The Zeno-Protect Clean-Off-Zones are designed for use in entrances of buildings to stop the ingress of dirt and water from the outside. Therefore they become soiled with use. This dirt has to be removed in order to keep the Clean-Off-Zones effective. Recommend maintenance procedures

Periodically Protect Entrance floorcovering will collect grease and other sticky substances. A vacuum cleaner is ineffective. A water extraction machine is required to remove greasy soiling. Heavily soiled areas should be pre-treated before the machine is used. It is also recommended to run the machine with clean water (no detergents) to remove the last residues of soiling and detergents.It is important to remove residues of soiling and detergents, as residues will contribute towards shortening the soiling/cleaning cycle. Dry chemical systems (eg Host) are also useful for treating the soiled areas. The dry powder is worked into the pile, left to absord the soiling and then vacuumed out. When machines and chemicals are used the instructions of the manufacturers must be closely followed. .

Daily Thoroughly vacuum to remove grit, sand and dust. The pile should be agitated. Vacuum cleaners equipped with powerful suction and a rotating brush are most effective in dealing with this task. A vacuum cleaner is effective on dry soiling. It must be in good working order.
