What are we talking about?

• Make Swiss basketball a primetime sport and reach a broad audience through a video portal (with a name as swissbasket.tv, lnba.tv) and social media

• Live broadcast and 3-5 mins highlights of each match of the LNBA league in High Definition TV (HDTV) thus about 400 matches

• A low-cost project with < 150k annual budget, auto-financed through sponsoring and digital advertising and adapted to the financial situation of the clubs

• Using latest internet technology that fits in a backpack and that a single person can operate (installation/de-installation time of about 15 minutes each and 1-2 hours to produce the highlights)

Page 6

How does it work?

• For each club location, we equip and train an operator (that we will recruit and pay) to cover all home matches with live broadcast and to produce the 3-5 mins highlights within 24h after the match

• We will recruit the sponsors/advertisers to whom we offer advertising packages that will give them a multiple value of what they can obtain with traditional media (TV, radio, billboard)

• We will create a video portal (based on streaming technology from YouTube or others) where basketball fans can subscribe to their favorite teams and watch their matches either live or the highlights.

Page 10

Why does it work?

• 80% of Swiss population has a smartphone; 80% of all internet traffic today is already for video content (YouTube, Dailymotion, Netflix) as is a favourite pasttime of the generation under 30.

• Experience of about 100 matches live broadcasted with overall with about 7’000 views and 30’000 hours of video watched give us confidence about the equipment and the possibility for an amateur operator to handle

• 10 Year+ expertise in broadcasting, online advertising and digital marketing by the project team (including the No1 portal in France, orange.fr)

Page 11

What benefits for your club?

• Live Coverage/Highlights in HD of 175 regular season and playoff matches of LNA (male/female); if the financing is found, an extension LNB (male/female) is immediate

• A state of art video portal that exposes the matches of your club on smartphones, tablets and PC plus the possibility to link all live broadcasts/highlights to the websites of the club

• A independent, financially risk free approach with a minimal contribution from clubs (see next page) based on sponsoring/advertising; if the financing cannot be obtained, the project will not start, hence no loss-making situation can occur.

Page 12

What do we need from your club?

• Most importantly, make all efforts to provide excellent competitive basketball, broadcasting is only as attractive as the matches

• Give the broadcast operator access to the most attractive locations in your venue to broadcast

• Embed the videos on your website and mention the video portal there and in your official communication (mailing, emails, Facebook, Twitter)

• Follow the free media training that we offer to make statements, interviews most attractive

• If your club already owns some material for broadcasting, then thanks for pointing this out to us, the less material we need to buy, the higher the chances to start the project

Page 13

What are the next steps?

• End Mai: sign agreement with LBNA and meet with presidents of clubs

• Mid July: deadline for acquiring the necessary sponsors (GO if > 40k acquired, otherwise STOP)

• End August: Purchase of material and recruitment of operators (students / temps); start of training with several sessions and monitoring to ensure broadcasting quality; video portal ready

• Sept: Start of broadcast coverage of LBNA season 2014-2015; start of mailing actions to potential subscribers and promotions via different digital channels
