    FYP STUDENTS GUIDELINES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    y Research topic based on students interest and approved by the supervisorsy Submit registration forms to Project Coordinator (1 copy supervisor & 1 copy self

    reference)y Plan the work properlyand prepare work schedule for one year and follow the

    schedule properly to ensure project is completed within the time framey Keep record on progress work using a logbook and supervisor endorse the meetingy Must meet supervisor regularlyat least once a week so the progress is monitored

    closelyy Prepare project report to supervisor and poster presentation to panelsy Plan properly the experimental work to avoid congestion at the end of the semestery Minimize grammatical errors in the reporty Submit final report to supervisor after poster presentation sessiony Make necessary correction after assessment by supervisor and after presentation to

    Continuous Quality Improvementy Students must explain the results in simple and precise

    sentences along with Figures. Do not put the figures withoutexplaining them in the texts.

    y Students must construct their own sentences rather than cut

    and paste from internets.y Students must relate their objectives in the conclusions and

    stated whether they achieved the objectives or not.

    y The written reports must be proofread before submitted to the
