Macon: Duties include the assembly of structures, metallic and nonmetallic, on the center wing box assembly of the
A-10 Thunderbolt aircraft and H47 Chinook helicopter. I am required to work to assembly orders, visual aids, process
specifications, verbal instructions, outlines, drawings, and blueprints. I also work to electronic work instruction
document software such as Solumina and MES. I’m able to hold 4-place dimensions using shop aids or per best shop
practice. Integrate LEAN+, 5S, and continuous quality improvement initiatives to streamline our processes and maintain
FOD and housekeeping on a daily basis. Structures include hydraulic lines, wiring harnesses, leading edge, trailing edges,
wing rib assemblies, electrical systems, Fuel systems, and exterior skin panels. I have experience in the use of aircraft
sealants, solvents, and other hazardous materials. I am also trained in the use of all pneumatic tools related to aircraft
structural assembly and repair such as; drills, squeezes, rivet guns, gri nders, nut runners, huck guns, torque wrenches,
and various other two part fastener installation tools.
Riyadh: Help and support Al Salam Aircraft Co. to produce wing, forward fuselage, leading edge, and trailing edge
assemblies for the F-15 SR program. Help ensure correct and up to date tooling and planning are being used. Over see
mechanics to ensure correct processes and procedures are followed. Work with Al Salam Aircraft Co. management and

My duties were to build the horizontal and vertical stabilizer spars for the Boeing 737 aircraft. Required to work to
assembly orders, visual aids, process specifications, verbal instructions, outlines, drawings, and blueprints with the use
of monolithic rib assemblies and composite panels. I used a wide variety of pneumatic tools to complete everyday tasks.
I was also required to form and fabricate sheet metal parts from time to time.
CNC Mill Operator:
I gained experience in the operation of a three, four, and five axis high speed vertical and horizontal CNC mill as well as
other vertical and horizontal milling machines. I use a wide variety of milling techniques in geometric tolerancing and
positioning.
