Call it pot, grass, weed, or whatever you want.
It is still a mixture of dried & shredded leaves, stems, seeds, and flowers of the sativa plant. This mixture can be green, brown, or gray.

Used in many ways. Most common method is smoking loose
marijuana rolled into a cigarette. These are called “joint” or “nail”.
Can be smoked through a water pipe. This is called “bong”.
Others smoke “blunts” which are cigars that have been hallowed out and filled with marijuana.
You can also brew it as tea or mix it with food.
