Proyects goal“Campo a la Carta” isa project with two main functions: first one, as
communication campaign, should aware people about the benefits
of consuming food from farms and the effort done by small produ-
cers. Second function of this project is to encourage production of
socially sustainable food while reducing the negative impact on the
environment and giving healthy products to people.
MANUALThis manual is a tool for implementing the service; this is where you
will find every step to follow in touch points

Sustainable agriculture The Project is a persuasive campaign. This apply facts information to
set a different perspective leading to the consumer to provide aneco-
nomic aid while buying the organic plant raised by the small produ-
cer. Campo a la carta is intented to bring a closer relationship bet-
ween small producers and restaurants to provoke new consumption,
this means healthier 100 %, local and seasonal food.
By the other hand, the project encourages urban agriculture with the
objective of bringing together nature and costumer.
A new service created for people who want to start practicing urban
agriculture in a very easy way.
This proposal helps people doing the sowing process an effective
thing and with a whole meaning, where the customer is able to see
how is being invested money, for what purpose, and how are being
obtained results throughthis collaboration.

STYLE
To get the final logo it was taken into account three ele-
ments the most representative for the campaign: Agricul-
ture, restaurants and food transportation. First getting the
connection with agriculture through the word country, in
addition to the expression “á la carte” evoking the res-
turants and it´s graphic complement is a plant´s pot in
motion. All of these are inside a post stamp representing
the act of sending. Also,the logo can be used with a slight
inclination 5 grades to the right giving a positivist atittude.

How does it work?The first contact point is the plant, that is why these
should always been in good shape.
The plants will be send by the peasents, with the
products the store ask as well.
The restaurant shall indicate wich plants are mis-
sing to the peasents, so these can be restore in the
next sending.

The stamps work as a certification label, certifying that this product
came from the country field and is produce by low income peasants.
The satmps can also be instruments to bring diferent stakeholders to
sponsor these peasants, they can be used to conmemorate special
events to support peasants or they can be sold to people, that need
to send things using these money to help peasant, keep producing.

The pots have a persuasive
message to encorage people to
buy them, it is important that the
message is in a visible place,
like in restaurants entrances or
tables.
Due that this plants should be
place on an enlighted space, a
recommendation is to put them
near a window, and shall be
upon the tables at least twice a
week on the rush hour of lunch
and dinner.
