a short time.

Knowing how long a user worked is useful for proper maintenance management but it is also fundamental

information for an effective Energy Management System (EMS).

To monitor the continuous improvement of energy efciency, in fact, as required by ISO 50001, it is necessary

to use the Energy Performance Indicators (KPI or ENPI).

NECS maintains a high professional level, using ISO 50001 certied technicians, as a resource to ensure the

right advice for the subject matter.

Exploiting the technology of cloud computing, users can manage the collected data through a normal internet

this is implementable with the evolved

maintenance system.

A warning, ticket, request or simple

communication, is always saved through

total backup of the system, and always

moves using three channels:

- Socket allows a two-way communication,

fast, through directed channel between

plant operator and BMM;

- E-mail uses the internet connection but

not directly, throughout the server on the

network;

- SMS, backup line if the rst two fall.

Thanks to the ongoing dialogue between

the different systems, BMM is able to

schedule independent intervention,

avoiding the presence of a maintenance

operative, preventing blocking failures or

time to wintertime and vice versa, does not

necessarily imply damage to the economy

of the bill; because we have a chance to tie

the event of a change of date and time, for

example in the total inclusion of the PV anti-

intrusion; so as to ensure the lighting

switches off.

This is an example of using technology to

our advantage.

The relationship between the existing

technological plants, if properly modeled,

has the aim of improving: safety, comfort,

energy costs and management.

The solution BMM provides, unlike any

other, a single user interface, which is able

to manage the different monitoring

environments.

This provides exibility and ease of use,

even to a non-specialist user thanks to the

ability to customize the user interface as

needed. It gives a valuable aid for the non-

specialist staff, simplifying the technical

aspects. The integration of existing systems,

such as intrus ion detect ion, v ideo

surveillance, access control, and others

determines one of the added values of this

system.

The possibility of future implementations,

guaranteed by a continuous development

of the platform; in step with market trends,
