Administrative and Marketing:

o Be a representative of your Hospital

We will maintain for you, a reasonable number of hard copy brochures, documents, demos,

presentations and other marketing material that you provide to us, to hand over to

prospective clients that approach us or are sent to us by you. This would be done strictly as

per instructions provided by you. Details/feedback of the client will be emailed back to you

in a format supplied by you.

Provide an impressive Plaque at the office reception with your Logo and company address

in Pune. This address can be used on all your office stationery.

Provide in the office your own telephone number which will be answered professionally in

your hospital's name. Relevant messages can be accepted and sent to you via email. This

telephone number can be used on all your office stationery.

Use your designated hospital emails for the Pune office to receive emails and forward them

to you for action.

Replies received by email can be, if required by you, printed in hard copies and posted to

Indian addresses. The letters can be signed by our manager if so instructed and authorized

by you.

Our manager will carry and distribute your business card (provided by you) showing him as

your official representative. The designation will be decided by you.

Your hospital's Postal mail received at our address will be scanned and emailed to you for

action.

o Make presentations and carry out meetings on behalf of your Hospital

A senior resource will meet with and make presentations to clients that you have asked to

visit our office. Depending on the size of the group an appropriate conference room will be

properly labeled with your Hospital's logo and used. The meeting will be carried out as per

your instructions and where necessary a TCon can be arranged. On close of the meeting

you will be provide a MOM and our impressions of the client.

o Meet with clients in Pune and other cities in India to deliver your sales pitch

A senior resource will meet with and make presentations to clients that you have selected

anywhere in India, and provide a MOM and our impressions of the client.

o Set up a stall and publicize your Hospital at Trade Fairs, meetings, symposiums, etc.

Operations:

Call up prospective patients based on details provided by you

Educate the patient at our office or optionally at his home/office

Advice the patient on his visit to our office on the medical procedures available and costs

thereof, if so required by your hospital

Receive clients and scan/ capture documents

Update documents on our EMR application that will be available to you

Meet with the patient / his clinician to capture information as per requirements of your

hospital

Accompany (if required) patient to the airport / pick up from the airport and update EMR, if

required

Carry out other functionality as required by you/your hospital
