NEW EXCLUSIVE RENTAL: of the Vivenda Miranda Residence is available, including accommodation for up to 52 guests from a minimum of two days to weekly hire options. This can include all services: wedding planning support, fresh and healthy breakfasts as well as afternoon tea and dinner. Daily rental rates start at €9.400.

If you are looking for a more rustic countryside venue, why not celebrate at our country house, the Quinta das Barradas. Surrounded by beautiful floraandfauna,withthemajesticMonchiquehillsandthepoeticRiverAlvor as a backdrop, the Quinta is a perfect wedding venue, especially for those with children!

The Quinta has dining facilities for up to 80 people and the farm-style menu concept offers fantastic barbecues - a Portuguese speciality called churrasco. All this set in a relaxing country atmosphere accompanied by live music. Children can visit our very own petting farm or have a dip in the biological swimming pond.

Accommodation can be arranged in one of the15 rustic country rooms which are equipped with satellite TV and telephones and come with individual terraces or balconies.

It is also possible to privately rent the Quinta for exclusive use for a weekend, consecutive weekdays or for longer periods.

1. The maximum size of the party is up to 80 people. If your number is less than 40, an exclusivity fee of € 50 per person will apply.2. Prices include one night with VIP treatment for the bride and groom in one of our wedding suites, if exclusively booked.3. The hotel offers a menu tasting for 2 people after receiving the second payment. Any drinks and canapés are not included in the tasting menu.4. Children up to 2 years of age are free of charge. Children aged between 2 and 12 years pay the children’s price.5. Alternative vegetarian, vegan or raw dishes can be catered with the corresponding price. 6. The hotel will not accept responsibility for any entertainment that has not been booked directly by the hotel. However, all entertainment services hired

by the party organiser must be approved by the hotel management prior to contracting.7. The hotel does not take responsibility for any gifts, cards, cake etc., left in the hotel. Please ensure you collect all of your belongings before leaving

the hotel.8. On the wedding day, musical entertainment is allowed up until 11:30pm. The wedding party must end by midnight at the latest.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Toguaranteeyourbookingandtoconfirmthedate,wekindlyaskforadepositof€2000withreservationconfirmation.Afurtherpaymentof€2000isdue6monthspriortoeventdate.Theremainingpaymentmusttobesettledaccordingtoyourbookingconfirmation.Allaccountsmustbesettled14working days in advance of your reception.

2. 30daysbeforetheevent,specialrequests,tableplan,menuchoicesandnumberofguestsmustbeconfirmedandshouldbethefinalnumberforbillingpurposes.Shouldthenumberofpeoplebehigherthantheconfirmedbilling,thiswillbeadjustedaccordingly.Shouldthetotalnumberofguestsbe lower after the 14 days prior to the event, the difference will not be refunded.
