We are excited that you thought of us as a perspective venue for your elopement wedding. Creekside Villa is a newly renovated boutique style hotel located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. We are a special style venue that offers an intimate and personalized event with every-thing you need for your day, here at the Villa. We have a beautiful indoor venue space that you can book privately for your reception, and an outdoor cere-mony space with beautiful mountain views. Our hotel facility has 12 rooms for the option to create the perfect mountain getaway. Deciding to book with Creekside Villa creates the ability to really design every aspect of your event how you want and your guests’ experience starts from the minute they walk in the doors.

At Creekside Villa we offer a customized experience that sets us apart from other wedding venues in Canmore. Our elopement packaging gives you the opportunity to choose between different options that suits your needs

best. Our in-house planners work with you from day one to customize and create the event of your dreams.

Our popular restaurant offers fresh and innovative foods beautifully crafted and plated that we are sure will exceed your guests’ expectations. Options such as buffets, family style dinners and three course plated meals are all available to help you find the perfect meal within your budget. Our cocktail bar offers many kinds of fun and exciting drinks giving you even more room to personalize your event.

Our hotel rates do vary from season to season however the cost of the wedding remains the same. Couples have the option to choose how much they charge their guests to help offset the costs of their events. Our mission is to help design and create the most unique personalized event not only for our couples but also for the guests who attend.

The Fine Print

• If you would like to have a back-up indoor ceremony site in case of bad weather Mount Temple venue and wedding package fees apply.

• Creekside Villa is not liable or responsible for providing a ceremony site if not booked in advance.

• The minimum spend on food and alcohol includes hors d’oeuvres, champagne toast, main dinner and the bar.

• The ceremony and reception venue will be private from 3pm till 11pm.

• Couple is responsible for booking a commissioner, photographer and florist.

• In-house restaurant furniture will be used for reception.• Hotel rooms are open to the public. Rooms can be booked individu-

ally or as a group booking.
