We are still waiting for a surge of new
listings.
My View of the Market 2013 is off to a strong and early start. The supply/demand balance is now weighted
toward the seller in many areas in Boulder County.
Interest rates are still below 4% but they are creeping up.
If you are thinking about selling in 2013 putting your home on the market earlier than later may be a good idea. Supply is low and buyers are already out looking.
