In a large bowl, combine beans, bell peppers, frozen corn, and red onion. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and black pepper. Season to taste with hot sauce and chili powder.Pour olive oil dressing over vegetables; mix well.

Chill thoroughly and serve cold.

Place the water, half of nuts, and the lemon juice in a blender; process until smooth. Heat the ghee and add the mustard seeds. When they crackle add asafoetida (hing). Then add tomatoes, chili powder and cashew puree; remove from heat. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil; add the green beans.

When the beans are just shy of cooked, stir in the vermicelli. Cook until the pasta is tender but firm. Drain well and add the pasta to the ingredients in the saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the remaining cilantro and garnish with the remaining cashews.

You need 4 cups spinach, 1 cup paneer, 2 onions, 1/2" piece ginger, 2 green chillies, 1 tomato, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste.Now, place the chopped spinach in a 1.5 litre Borosil Round casserole with lid and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Drain out the liquid, remove and keep aside. Combine the oil, chopped onion, ginger and green chillies in the Borosil Round casserole and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Blend half this mixture, the spinach and tomato in a mixer to a fine puree and keep aside. Add the spinach puree, paneer, garam masala, cream and salt into the casserole again and mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes.

Green RecipesGolden Vegetable Rice Recipe

Wash the vegetables -green pepper, red pepper and green beans. Don’t’ forget to remove the seeds from inside the peepers. Cut the stalk end off. Peel the carrots carefully. Cut all the vegetable- green and red pepper, carrot, mushrooms and green beans into small squares Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces. Take a saucepan and heat some oil in it, till it is ho...t. Add green and red pepper, carrot, mushrooms, green beans, peas and onion into the saucepan. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add rice and fry foe a minute.

Take a stock cube, crumble it and boil in about 500 ml of boiling water. Keep stirring until the cube is completely dissolved. The vegetable stock is ready. Add stock and the turmeric to the rice mixture - and bring to the boil. Put a lid on the saucepan and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes. Take the lid off and simmer for a further 5 minutes - until all the water is absorbed. Serve the delicious golden vegetable rice hot.

Mix cocoa powder, butter, sugar and milk in a pan. Bring it to a boil. Remove it from flame and add oats and coconut powder.

Mix well. With the help of a spoon pour the mixture one spoonful on a waxed paper. Bake the cookies at 350° till they become brown.

Cook sugar, cornstarch, jell-o and water until thick. Place whole berries into the baked pie shells. Pour sauce over berries and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

Serve with lightly sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping.

You need 1 burger bun, 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 leaves of lettuce, 2 slices tomato and 1/3 cup prepared potato salad to make potato salad sandwich.

Open the bun and spread each side with mayonnaise. Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on bottom half of the bun. Scoop potato salad onto tomato, and gently spread toward edges of the bun. Cover with top of the bun.

Pressure cook the corn kernels till tender, Keep about 1/4 cup cooked corn kernels aside for later use; Grind rest of the corn kernels and cook it in a pan on medium heat; Mix cornflour in 4 tbsp water and add; After adding cornflour bring the soup to boil and then cook on low heat;

Slowly the soup starts getting thick; Continuously stir it so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan; Add sugar, salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar; Serve hot with corn kernels.
