• Morris was born on April 26, 1916 and died on October 9, 1999. He was born in St. Kilda, Victoria. He went to Christian brothers college. He graduated in 1937, and was a teacher in New south wales and tasmania. He spent 12 years in a monastery of the christian brothers. He left before taking his final vows in 1941. he got married this same year, but it did not last long. He then enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force. He was second from RAAF to work for Billy Hughes, former australian Prime Minister. In 1955 he left Austria to write, and lived in Italy, Austria, England, and the United States.

Kennedy gets assassinated

• John F. Kennedy was born in Brookline, Massachusetts on May 29, 1917. In 1940 he graduated from Harvard university with a science degree. In 1941 he joined the U.S. Navy. Kennedy was elected president in 1960 with a vote count of 34,226,925 to 34,108,662. At he inaugural address on January 20,1961, he challenged the people of the United States with the statement, “Ask not what your country can do for you, but rather what you can do for your country.” On November 22,1963 John F. Kennedy got shot in Dallas, Texas, while he was driving through with his wife.

During his presidency he was dealing with the Vietnam war. During Kennedy's presidency the economy was good. There were lots of gloomy forecasts for the economies downturn, but it never came.

TV show of the year

• The Flintstones is an animated kids comedy. It’s a sitcom that’s been on since September 30, 1960. It includes the characters; Fred, Wilma, Pebbles, Barney, Betty, and Bamn-Bamn.

• The show is set in a stone age town called Bedrock(Also known as Rockville). In this fantasy version of the past, dinosaurs, saber-toothed tigers, wooly mammoths, and other long extinct animals co-exist with these bare footed cavemen. They are just like us, they listen to records, eat out at restaurants, but the only difference is that our technology is more advanced. Like we have cars to transport us from place to place, but they have dinosaurs to transport them from place to place. Everything we do they do the same thing, but with dinosaurs.

Sports figure

• Elston Howard was born on Saturday, February 23, 1929 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was 26 when he broke into the big leagues on April 14, 1955, with the New York Yankees. He was the first black player to win an all American league most valuable award. He got this award on November 17, 1963. Elston Howard had no quotes.

• Drug use in the 1960’s was pretty bad. With the cocaine in coke cola, even Woodstock. In Woodstock the use of drugs was outrageous. Woodstock was all about people getting high and rock n’ roll. People were just outside partying really. Smoking all day and night. They were just basically doing what ever they wanted. The cops didn’t do anything about it. Sometimes they even joined in with them.
