O n the occasion of Vinexpo Bordeaux, Bellavista and Gambero Rosso have organized an unmissa- ble event, a Masterclass to present one of the most fascinating cuvées of Franciacorta ever pro- duced. Beyond doubt, it is a unique wine. Called Meraviglioso, this superwine is produced only in magnums. It blends six spectacular Franciacorta vintages, six years of Riserva Vittorio Moretti from the greatest harvests between 1984 and 2002. They were brought together one more time and aged another 12 years on their lees before disgorgement in 2015. The result is a masterpiece that embodies the epic story of Bellavista – and of Franciacorta itself – over three decades. The Masterclass will be led by Vittorio Moretti, proprietor of Bellavista, along with Mattia Vezzola, Bellavista’s chef de cave, and Marco Sabellico, Gambero Rosso journalist and curator of the Vini d’Italia guide, which recently celebrated its thirtieth anniversary. duced. Beyond doubt, it is a unique wine. Called Meraviglioso, this superwine is produced only
