Drawing on the savoir-faire of this renowned vineyard and strong values of its founder, Henri Martin, BORDEAUX DE GLORIA is launched for the 2015 vintage. Crafted in a spirit of quality and sharing with the greatest number, BORDEAUX DE GLORIA will seduce all lovers and will be easy to share in all occasion, all year long. VINEYARD Soil: Deep Gunzian gravel from the Garonne River on a clayey-sandy subsoil. BLEND 60% Merlot / 25% Cabernet Sauvignon / 15% Cabernet Franc VINIFICATION Classical vinification in thermo-regulated vats. The qualitative ageing guarantees sophisticated and delicate woody notes, worthy of the greatest. WINE TASTING Attractive dark and dense colour. The expressive nose displays subtle blend of black fruits (Morello cherry, blackcurrant) and roasted touch (toast, vanilla). On the palate, the wine is wide and fleshy, with nice fruity touch enhanced by élégant woody notes and pleasant tannins. MATCHING FOOD AND WINE Serve at 17-18°C with roast turkey chick, fish fillet and red wine sauce or with grilled fillet of duck breast and ground pepper sauce, along with home-made mashed potatoes.
