We are based in Aichtal, near Stuttgart. This is where our headquarters are located – but our ideas for technical solutions are formulated on construction sites. That’s where it’s all about making work easier and more efficient.
Whether you’re working with mortar, floor screed, or fine concrete, we can help with mixing, pumping, application, and spraying tasks. Practical innovations have made us great. And our machines are used throughout the world.
Putzmeister Mörtelmaschinen GmbH
We develop, produce, and supply one of the world’s most extensive ranges of powerful, site-optimized plastering machines, floor screed conveyors, and fine concrete pumps.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Putzmeister Group, we are able to offer you, our customers and sales partners, ideal conditions when it comes to expertise, investment security and optimum service in all sectors.
The Putzmeister Group
We form part of the globally active Putzmeister group. With several subsidiaries around the world, this corporate group is represented in all global markets and is a real international player.
Our main focuses are the manufacturing of machines to convey concrete, mortar, and high-density substances. In this way, companies of the Putzmeister group are active in business seg-ments in many different areas:

Welcome to Putzmeister! Quality “Made in Germany”
Extremely modern production facilities in Aichtal, near Stuttgart
The new assembly hall makes use of a line production system which is linked to numerous throughput stations.
The production plant in Aichtal, near Stuttgart, covers around 9,000 m² and provides really modern conditions for the production of pneumatic conveyors, mixer pumps, piston pumps, and worm pumps. All work steps are standardized and guarantee con-sistently great quality with regard to processing and the performance of the finished products.
Quality Assurance
Our quality management measures start with the vitally important selection of ISO-certified suppliers and continue with the regular checking of these suppliers.
Each machine is started up and tested immediately after assembly. If the test is successful, it is sent on for a final inspection.
During the final production inspection, each machine is optimally adjusted one last time. We test our machines in continuous operation, checking all functions such as safety devices. In this way, we ensure that you receive a reliable Putzmeister product in perfect condition.
Technology with more value
However, sophisticated technology is not the whole story: in addition, we try to make sure that our contact with customers, sales partners, and suppliers is pleasant and beneficial for both sides.
A wide network of competent and helpful sales partners
Good quality, comprehensible technical documents
A willingness to listen to questions and problems
Fast, uncomplicated order processing Short delivery times for machines,
spare parts, and wear parts Friendly and competent employees Fair pricing
Investing in the future
We also want to meet both our and your expectations in the future. This is why we continuously invest in qualified and committed employees. Excellent quality is simply not possible without them.
We consistently continue to back the latest computerized plants and technology. Without them, it simply would not be possible to develop and manufacture top-quality products and to deliver them without faults.
We also intensively cultivate contacts with our customers, suppliers, and sales partners throughout the world.
A total of 9,000 m² of space is available for the production of Putzmeister mortar machines in Aichtal.
Our mixing tanks are welded at our own works using precise robotics and are then thoroughly checked using ultrasound methods.
Guaranteed quality: our machines only use parts which have passed the most stringent quality controls and in-depth testing.
Finishing: not one single machine leaves our production hall without being subjected to a thorough final inspection and careful cleaning.

P 13 piston pumpThe robust machine for really difficult mixes and all pumpable sands to 10 mm
Piston pumps
The robust P 13 is suitable for really difficult site-made mixes and almost any type of pumpable sand. It is extremely low-wear and completely reliable.
Above all, this machine is intended for construction sites where really harsh conditions prevail. A deliberate decision was therefore taken to avoid electronic components. All functions and operating elements of the P 13 are purely mechanical and therefore particularly robust and insus-ceptible to malfunction.
It is suitable for site-made mixes or bagged interior and external plasters, bentonite limes, coloured mortar, cement plaster, lime cement plaster, fine shotcrete material, masonry mortar, self levelling floor screed, and grouting work (in all cases, the mix must be homogenous).
Robust and powerful piston pump (in this case, KA 230)
Integrated compressorPositive mixer with volume of 170 l
With the extremely resistant type KA 230 pump, it can also process practically any sand up to a granulation of 10 mm: crushed sand, dune sand, washed river and sea sand, desert sand, and much more.
Part no. 111 632.000

2. The prices of engineering work, assembling and putting into service shall be calculated separately. The invoicing can be in the form of a lump sum or a reflection of actual expenditure plus travel costs, living and accommodation costs, overtime, Sunday and Bank Holiday entitlements.
3. Price alterations are permitted if more than 6 months elapse between the date the contract was concluded and the agreed date of delivery. The supplier is entitled to adapt the price in such a way that the new price has the same relationship with the price originally agreed, as the price for delivery and service in accordance with the price list applicable on the day of delivery with the price for delivery in accordance with the price list applicable on the day the contract was concluded. With regard to other deliveries and services not featured in a price list, the supplier is entitled to adapt the price appropriately, in response to circumstances.
4. If the prices contain costs or fees and these increase after the contract has been concluded or if they become appli-cable after the contract has been concluded, the supplier is entitled to charge the additional costs to the purchaser.
5. If the supplier is willing to exchange upon the supplier’s request, the supplier is entitled to forward the ensuing costs, or at least the sum totalling an extra 10 % of the original price - as a result of a fall in value associated with ageing and use - of the object originally to be delivered as a compensatory payment for the expenditure incurred by the supplier when exchanging the object. The above-mentioned cost totals cannot be demanded by the supplier if the purchaser proves that the supplier has incurred either no expenditure or minimal expenditure.
IV. Payment, delayed payment, offsetting, withholding payment1. If no contrary arrangement has been made, deliveries of machines must be paid for within 7 days of delivery,
spare parts within 30 days and services within 14 days of the invoicing date, without delaying.2. All payment demands - even those for work hours or other payment issues - shall be due immediately, as soon
as the purchaser delays for more than 5 days in fulfilling even just a part of his commitment to the supplier or if circumstances occur which significantly decrease the credit status of the purchaser (e.g. capital losses, payment adjustment, over-indebtedness, exchange rate and cheque bounces, filing for insolvency or declaring or rejecting the status of insolvency). In this case, the supplier may refuse further deliveries and services and demand the adoption of suitable safety measures.
3. Payments involving a currency exchange require a specific arrangement. Foreign currency and checks are only accepted for payments. Collection and discount charges shall be borne by the purchaser. No discount is guaran-teed for bills of exchange and superfluous payments, even if a discount had already been arranged.
4. The purchaser may only countercharge the supplier if he has a legal or uncontested right to do so. The purchaser is only entitled to withdraw if his counterclaim relates to the same contractual relationship and has an uncontested or legal basis, or if the supplier has severely breached his duties from the same contractual relationship. The right of the purchaser to withhold an appropriate section of the purchase price due to shortcomings in the service received shall remain unaffected.
5. If the purchaser enters into arrears, the supplier’s charges shall be charged at 8 % interest over and above the basic interest rate. The supplier’s right to have further damage replaced remains unaffected.
6. If the purchaser should incur a deterioration in wealth as described in section IV. 2, the supplier may withdraw from the contract. Further legal claims from the supplier - such as compensation - shall remain unaffected. Claims from compensation from the purchaser are excluded.
7 If Putzmeister accepts payment for a used machine, the following shall apply: a) The contracting partner is obliged within 2 weeks of Putzmeister receiving the machine to submit the original
documents required relating to using and operating the machine as road traffic. b) If the original papers are not submitted to us on time, we are entitled to issue a reminder to the partner and also
to impose a time limit of 2 weeks for submitting the documents with the declaration that after this date has expired Putzmeister will refuse to accept the papers and also to pay for the used machine.
c) If this deadline expires the other contract partner shall owe us the invoice amount for the used machine and also a compensatory sum of EUR 250,00 for the expenditure incurred, in addition to VAT. The partner is entitled to prove that the expenditure did not occur or that it was considerably lower than the sum given. The used machine shall be returned to us at our company headquarters.
V. Delivery time, partial delivery, delayed acceptance1. Supplier and assembly deadlines do not begin until the supplier and the purchaser have agreed upon all the details
to be carried out and all the conditions of the transaction and not before the supplier has confirmed the order. They will remain inactive in so far as the purchaser is behind in the fulfilling of their obligations from this contract (e.g. providing documents, providing materials, approvals, releases) or in the payment that had been arranged.
2. The delivery time shall be respected if the object to be delivered has left the factory by the time that the date is due, or the company has notified the partner of their intention to despatch the object.
3. The delivery time shall be extended in the event of extreme force, strikes, sieges and other extraordinary and unexpected circumstances, even if a pre-supplier is affected, provided that these circumstances can be proved to have affected the delivery time.
4. If the supplier’s delivery is delayed, the supplier shall not be considered to be in arrears provided that this is due to circumstances that could not be foreseen and prevented by inexpensive and expected cautionary measures and could not be overcome with appropriate measures.
5. The supplier is entitled to withhold the delivery if the ordering party does not fulfil his obligations towards the supplier resulting from this or from another contract or from another legal cause.
6. Partial deliveries are permitted if acceptable for the purchaser. They shall count as independent transactions, which shall be calculated separately.
7. If the payment conditions are not satisfied, the delivery is not received on time or is refused or if, in accordance with item IV. 2, safety measures arranged or which become due are not put into place, the supplier is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to demand compensation if a deadline imposed is not fulfilled. The supplier can demand from the purchaser without proof 25 % of the cost for series products and 75 % of individually produced orders as compensation, as long as the purchaser does not prove that either no expenditure or very minimal expenditure was incurred. Further claims for higher levels of damage proven remain unaffected.
8. If the despatch is delayed on the part of the purchaser, the supplier can either charge the actual storage and mainte-nance costs or a lump sum amounting to 1⁄2 % of the invoice amount per month; however, he may not do this if the purchaser proves that the supplier incurred no or very little damage or expenditure. The payment obligations of the purchaser remain unaffected.
VI. Risk bearing, despatching and receiving1. The risk is transferred at the latest when the object to be delivered is sent to the purchaser. This also applies to
partial deliveries or when the supplier has taken over the costs of the consignment or the assembly or has under-taken to convey it himself. No liability shall be accepted for cost-effective freight transport methods or transport lead times.
2. If the delivery, the despatch or the acceptance of the item to be delivered are delayed by the purchaser through no fault of the supplier, all risks including the risk of deterioration or decline of the item to be delivered and also all risks related to the item itself shall be transferred to the purchaser - once readiness to despatch or notification of completion has been communicated to the purchaser.
3. On written request, the consignment can be insured to the amount required at the expense of the purchaser.4. The purchaser shall be liable for all damage caused by him during or after reception of the item delivered
(e.g. during testing or during acceptance procedures).5. Items delivered must be received by the purchaser, even if they display shortcomings.
VII. Notification of defects, warranties, periods of warranty1. The purchaser must inspect the item delivered immediately after receiving it and notify the supplier of any defects
in writing and without delay. The purchaser must also check that the item delivered has no faults before each time that it is put into service and in particular, ensure that it is safe and can be used. The item delivered must be con-stantly monitored for safety and for faults whilst in operation. Even if the reservations regarding usability or safety are only minimal, the item must not be used or must be switched off immediately. The supplier must be informed in writing immediately in the form of a quality complaint which refers to the reservations or the faults in question. The purchaser must provide the supplier with the time and opportunity with which to carry out the necessary improvements and replacement delivery. If not, the supplier will no longer be liable for the consequences.
2. If there are shortcomings in the supplier’s transfer of risks, the supplier can rectify this after deciding whether to repair the fault or to deliver a new item containing no defects in exchange for the faulty item delivered. All replace-ment items are the property of the supplier. If a shortcoming for which the supplier is responsible cannot be recti-fied, if the rectification is faulty and cannot be corrected or if it is implausible for the purchaser or if the vendor has refused both types of rectification, or if a deadline imposed on the supplier for the purpose of rectifying the fault has expired, the purchaser may decline to credit the supplier or choose to withdraw from the contract. If the fault is only minimal, the purchaser still has a right to reduce the credit to the supplier.
3. If the supplier maliciously conceals a fault on the item or takes over the warranty for the quality of the item, the legal regulations shall apply.
4. If the purchaser or a third party rectifies the fault independently, this will result in the loss of all quality claims against the supplier. The costs of the rectification carried out by the purchaser or a third party without prior express agreement from the supplier shall not be borne by the supplier. This rule shall not apply in urgent or, in particular, irreparable cases where operational safety is jeopardized or where disproportionately large damage must be prevented. In such cases, the supplier’s agreement must be sought immediately and the supplier must commit to refunding necessary costs only.
5. The supplier shall not pay any warranty or take on any obligation for the damage, particularly in the following cases: unsuitable or unprofessional use of the item, incorrect assembly or placing into service of the item by the purchaser or a third party, natural wear and tear, incorrect or careless treatment of the item, improper maintenance, excessive use of or stress on the item, the use of unsuitable operating equipment and unsuitable alternative materials, deficient works, unsuitable building ground, chemical, electrotechnical/electronic or electrical influences. This exclusion shall not apply, however, if the damages are the responsibility of the supplier because the correspond more closely to the rules in section VIII. item. 5. The supplier shall also incur no liability or obligation for the following meas-ures and actions carried out by the purchaser or a third party and for the consequences of this: unprofessionally executed rectification, modification of the item delivered without prior agreement from the supplier, adding and installing further components, particularly spare parts, which did not originate from the supplier or which were approved expressly for the assembly and also failure to comply with the operating and user instructions.
6. The supplier shall not pay any warranties if the item was produced with the purchaser’s materials or from specifica-tions or designs produced by the purchaser.
7. When selling used machines, appliances or components, the supplier shall not pay any warranties resulting from any faults on the item. The supplier shall not make promises relating to any features and shall indicate that used machines and also many used components cannot deliver the same usability or provide the same features as newly produced machines and parts.
8. The purchaser’s requests for rectification and also the claims communicated to the purchaser with regard to damages or refunded expenditure due to faults shall expire one year after delivery of the goods, and if the fault becomes apparent during assembly, one year after the end of the assembly work. If the reception or acceptance of the delivery and the service is delayed through no fault of the supplier, the warranty shall expire at the latest 12 months after completion. The same also applies to subsequent rectification. If the supplier maliciously conceals the fault or claims warranties relating to the composition of the item, the claims from the purchaser shall be subject to the legal regulations with regard to time-barring of claims. The legal regulations also apply for the ageing of any claims for damages from the purchaser due to faults, when the supplier has been grossly or intentionally negligent or if the claim for damages relates to a death to a physical injury, or to damage to health.
9. All remaining claims from the purchaser, particularly those relating to damages and also to damage which has not been caused to the item itself are excluded from the above. Item VIII. 5. applies accordingly.

Conditions of sale and delivery
VIII. Rescission, compensation and time-barring1. The purchaser can withdraw from the contract if the entire service provided by the supplier becomes impossible
to provide before the risks are transferred. A claim from the purchaser for damages due to complete inability to provide the service is excluded, unless the supplier is very clearly at fault for this. Any claims for damages shall be limited to damage which was foreseeable at the time of concluding the contract because it resulted from normal circumstances and the amount of the damages payable shall not exceed 15 % of the contractual amount. The purchaser can also withdraw from the contract if, when ordering similar items, the execution of part of the delivery becomes in possible due to the amount, and it is in the purchaser’s interests to reject this partial delivery. If this is not the case, the purchaser can reduce their contractual fulfilment accordingly.
2. If the impossibility of receiving part of the delivery is established when delaying the acceptance or due to the fault of the purchaser the purchaser is still obliged to fulfil their part of the contract.
3. The purchaser can withdraw from the contract if the supplier is late in fulfilling their part of the contract, and, if applicable, the purchaser has issued an appropriate deadline to the supplier without success and the supplier is therefore responsible for non-fulfilment of the contract. A claim from the purchaser for damages due to late fulfilment by the supplier is excluded, unless the supplier is clearly at fault. Any claim for damages shall be limited to damage which occurred through normal circumstances and which was foreseeable when the contract was concluded and the amount payable shall not exceed 1⁄2% for every full week affected by the delay. It shall not exceed a total of 5 % of the value of the part of the delivery which could not be used on time due to the delay.
4. The purchaser’s right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the legal regulations and due to breach of obligations by the supplier and not relating to a product fault remains unaffected - over and above the cases covered in sections 1 and 3.
5. All further claims from the purchaser, particularly those relating to termination and claims for damages, including claims for damages in place of services and claims for rectification of damage of any kind and with any legal basis, also resulting from breach of pre-contractual and contractual obligations and from unauthorized actions carried out at the beginning of the contract or when developing or concluding the contract namely, for rectification of damage not caused to the item itself are excluded. This exclusion of liability shall not apply if the supplier suffers gross negligence. This exclusion of liability shall also not apply when the supplier has breached their contractual obliga-tions. This exclusion of liability shall also not apply for any claim from the purchaser for damages, which relate to death, injury to health or to physical injury as a result of intent or negligence. This exclusion of liability shall not apply in cases where liability is greater in accordance with product liability legislation and relates to personal injury or damage to privately-used items. If the supplier’s liability is proven in accordance with the above or - in deviation from the conditions below - is also justified in other cases on contractual or legal grounds, this liability shall be limited to the replacement of foreseeable damage which occurred through normal circumstances and can be proved as individual cases. This limitation of liability shall not apply for any liability in accordance with product liability legislation resulting from personal injury caused by items delivered or for damage to privately-owned items. This limitation of liability shall also not apply if the supplier incurs a malicious act intent or gross negligence.
6. Claims for damages filed against the supplier by the purchaser - whether due to breach of pre-contractual and contractual obligations due to unauthorized actions carried out during the initiation, development or conclusion of the contract or from any other time-barred legal basis within a year from the end of the year during which the claim arose and the purchaser from whom the circumstances justifying the claim and from whom information is obtained or should be obtained without gross negligence. If the debtor is the victim of gross negligence or a malicious act, the legal regulations shall apply. The legal regulations shall also apply for claims for damages relating to injury to life, health or physical injury resulting from intentional acts or gross negligence.
7. The supplier’s managing director and his colleagues shall be liable to the purchaser for any unauthorized actions carried out when beginning, developing or concluding the contract, if these actions were intentional or were due to gross negligence. Section 6 above shall apply in relation to the time-barring of claims made by the purchaser against the supplier’s managing director and his colleagues.
8. If Putzmeister makes a claim for damages due to non-acceptance of the purchased item the sum of these damages shall amount to 15 % of the sales price of new appliances and 10 % of the sales price of used appliances unless damages amounting to a higher cost can be proven. The relevant Putzmeister trading partner shall be entitled to prove that the damage did not occur at all or that the damage was significantly lower than the amount given if necessary.
IX. Safeguarding1. The item delivered shall remain the property of the supplier until completion of payment of the price agreed and of
all other payments necessary under the commercial relationship with the purchaser. If payment of the sales price justifies that the supplier has a liability in the form of bills of exchange the proprietorial rights shall not be affected until the purchaser has completely redeemed all the bills of exchange.
2. The purchaser shall transfer payments due from the resale of the item delivered as well all additional rights to the purchaser and these payments shall match the value of the item delivered. The purchaser shall be entitled to collect these debts. The supplier’s authority to also collect debts owed to them shall remain unaffected.
3. The supplier is obliged to release securities at their own choice, provided that the achievable value of the securities exceeds the sum of the payments due under the commercial transaction by more than 10 %.
4. Provided that the purchaser fulfils his obligations towards the supplier, the purchaser is entitled to possess the item delivered within the normal commercial process and within the terms of conditional sale, as long as the payments set out in section 2 have physically been transferred to the supplier. Extraordinary forms of ownership such as deposits, appropriation of securities and other transferrals are not permitted. Third party claims to the item delivered or to the payments transferred, in particular for deposits, must be notified to the supplier in writing immediately.
5. During the conditional sale, the purchaser is wholly entitled to possess the item delivered and to use it as designated. If the purchaser breaches the contract - particularly if the purchaser is behind in their payments - and in cases where section IV. 2 applies, the supplier can appropriate the item to be delivered and can proceed with collecting payments due to him from resale of the product. The purchaser shall then be obliged to submit the item to the supplier - except if the purchaser’s rights to retain the item apply. All costs of retrieving the item and costs arising from its depreciation in value shall be borne by the purchaser. The supplier shall be entitled to sell the item on tender. On request, the purchaser must immediately provide the supplier with a list of surrendered claims as per Section 2 and with all other information and documentation necessary for the assertion of the supplier’s rights and must indicate this act of transfer to any debtors.
6. The purchaser shall keep the delivered item in good condition during the conditional sale and ensure that all the maintenance and servicing works specified by the supplier are carried out by the supplier or a workshop approved by the supplier immediately - except in emergencies.
7. For truck-mounted concrete pumps, the supplier has the right to ownership of the vehicle registration certificates during the period of conditional sale.
8. Enforceability of the conditional sale and also seizure of the item supplied by the supplier are not considered to be a rescission of the contract.
9. If the condition sale or transfer is not enforceable in law in the country where the goods are located then the security which proceeded the conditional sale or the transfer in this country shall be considered as binding. If the pur-chaser’s co-operation is necessary in this case, the purchaser must then implement all legal processes required to justify and to obtain such rights.
X. Intellectual propertyIf the supplier must produce according to drawings or models, samples or using components supplied by the pur-chaser, then the purchase shall commit to ensuring that third property rights are not breached. The purchaser shall absolve the supplier from all claims from third parties relating to breach of property rights and shall reimburse the supplier for damages payouts, and the costs and expenses incurred. If the purchaser is not allowed to produce or deliver due to exercising of property rights by a third party, the supplier is entitled to terminate the work without closer scrutiny of their legal position. In this case, the supplier can withdraw from the contract and demand compensation for the damage as well as the costs and expenditure occurred.
XI. Software usageIf software is included in the goods supplied, the purchaser shall be granted a non-exclusive right to use the software supplied together with the documentation. The software shall be left for using on the specified item supplied. Using the software on more than one system is forbidden.
The purchaser may only reproduce, revise, translate the software or convert it from object into source coding within the legally permitted scope (§§ 69 a ff. German Copyright Act). The purchaser is obliged not to remove manufacturer’s information - particularly copyright qualifiers -and not to change them without first obtaining express agreement of the supplier.
All other rights relating to software and documentation including copies thereof shall remain with the supplier or with the software supplier. The issuing of sub-licenses is not permitted.
XII. Law of jurisdiction, place of jurisdiction, court of jurisdiction1. The law in force in the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. In cases of doubt, the German-
language version of all contractual provisions shall take precedence. The harmonized purchasing legislation shall not apply.
2. The place of execution shall be 72629 Aichtal.3. If the purchaser is a trader, a public law professional or a government special asset, Stuttgart shall be the place of
jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship, including those relating to how the relation-ship arose and those relating to its enforceability and for complaints relating to bills of exchange and to cheques. The supplier can telephone any other competent court in accordance with the legal regulations.
4. If one of the provisions in these conditions of sale and delivery is partially or totally invalid, the enforceability of the above conditions shall not be affected.
