A. Criteria used when drawing guidelines for the format and presentation of theses.

A. Policies for Theses Presentation

• Bolivian University System guidelines for the format and presentation of theses (according to international norms).

• Establishing proceedings for users authorizing the digital publication of their theses.

• User training on guidelines for the format and presentation of theses (manuscript and digital).

• Drawing guidelines for the type of digital file the degree candidate will submit.

On Schedule• Universities should implement open access digital

theses portals.• Current achievements should be reinforced by

working groups especially designed to that purpose. • The Bolivian University System should design

institutional policies aimed to improve the format and presentation of theses (digital and manuscript).

• More people (faculty, students, librarians and computer technicians) should be trained on the Cybertesis methodology and manuals of style.

• Institutional policies for digital preservation should be designed.
