CHIMNEY SWEEP AFTER SANTA Santa comes once a year...a great reminder for all of us to have our fire chimneys

cleaned annually. A byproduct of burning wood or coal is creosote which accumulates on the surface of the walls of your chimney. These deposits, if left

untreated, can cause a number of problems. A blocked and dirty flue will have less “draw” making your fire place or stove less efficient. If a build-up of creosote is

allowed to continue there is a high risk of fire.

For those of us who need baby, pet, or house sitting and landscaping work from time to time, it’s nice to know that we have so many experienced, capable students in our neighborhood who are interested in working.

If you are interested in providing baby, pet or house sitting and landscaping services within your community, please send an email to [email protected] with your information so that we can place it in the

next newsletter. • Kylie Cummings - I am 10 years old, going into the 5th grade and I have been told I am very mature. I
