Romeu Crtes Domingues
Graduated in Medicine by Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 1986, held post-graduation
in Harvard, in 1990, qualification in Radiology. He was Medical Officer of CDPI and Multi-
imagem and since 2009 has been Scientific Director in Colgio Brasileiro de Radiologia. Between
2011 January and April 2011 was Vice-President Director of Imaging in the Company.
Oscar de Paula Bernardes Neto
Mr. Oscar Bernardes is graduated in Chemical Engineering from Universidade do Estado do Rio
de Janeiro. He was Chairman and Officer of Latin America Internet Development Group and
Senior Partner of ntegra Associados. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several
companies in Brazil and abroad, including Gerdau e Met. Gerdau S.A. member of the Human
Resources and Management Committees, Suzano S.A member of the Auditing Committee,
Localiza S/A member of the Finance and Auditing Committee. He is also a member of theBoard of Directors of Davos, holding of Marcopolo controlling families, a private company. Mr.
Bernardes was senior partner of Booz Allen & Hamilton and CEO of Bunge International.
Dickson Esteves Tangerino
Mr. Tangerino is a counselor of the Company management. Background in Business
Administration at Universidade Cndido Mendes in Rio de Janeiro he holds an Executive MBA (in
company Amil/Coppead UFRJ). Mr. Tangerino has started his professional career in 1983 at
Grupo Amil, acting in many companies of the Group: Hospitals, Laboratrio Srgio Franco,
Operadora Amil and at EAT BRASIL. Between 1993 and 1999, he founded and has chaired the
Grupo Brasil (Association of Brazilian Companies in Argentina) and the company EAT
ARGENTINA. He was Personal Credit Officer at Banco Zogbi-SP and since 2003 has been acting
as President Assessor and New Business Officer of Grupo Amil. Currently, he was a member of
the Management Council of Hospital Nove de Julho-SP, Hospital Santa Paula-SP, Hospital
Procardaco-RJ, Excellion Biotecnologia-RJ, PROCEPRJ.
Carlos Fernando Costa
Degree in Mathematics from the Faculdade de Filosofia, Cincias e Letras de Santo Andr, with
a Post-graduation in Financial Administration from the Universidade Metodista and
Administration from Unibero. Born in 05/26/1966, he has the position of Financial and
Investments Director of the Petrobras Foundation for Social Security (Fundao Petrobras de
Seguridade Social) Petros, a Closed Entity of Supplementary Pension, since 01/2011. He also
acts as Administration Advisor for the following companies: Invepar - Investments and
Participation in Infrastructure (Investimentos e Participaes em Infra-Estrutura S/A), Logistics
and Tele North East Participations (Log-In Logstica e Tele Norte Leste Participaes), since
April/2011. He is also the Substitute Administration Advisor for the Lupatech S/A company since

Mauricio Bittencourt Almeida Magalhes
Mr. Mauricio graduated in Economy from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Born on
December 4, 1972, is a partner at M Square Investimentos Ltda, a company specialized on
Investment Funds management, acting as Portfolio Manager for Equity Funds. From 2005 to
2007, he was Associate Partner of Pactual Bank (currently BTG Pactual), in banks own capital
investments area. From 2003 to 2005 was a Partner at Synthesis Asset Management/Synergy
Funds (currently 3G Capital), and between 1992 e 2003 was a Partner at Investidor ProfissionalGesto de Recursos Ltda.
