Team Officials• BMHA will pay insurance up to 5
team officials (coaches, manager, HCSP), $40 per person over 5

• Before you leave, please provide contact information for coach/manager
• Advise if you do not wish your contact information distributed

• Minor: 1 Jamboree Game – End of Season
• Focus on Development
• Major: Teams cannot be formed until Nov 1 for and are for balancing purposes.
• They may NOT play outside of the association until Dec 1.
Initiation – Minor (H1) / Major (H2)
• Teams cannot be formed until Oct 15th
• Focus should be creating balanced teams until then.
• Players can be moved between teams at the Assoc. and PCAHA’s discretion
• They may NOT play outside of the association until Dec 1.
Novice – Minor (H3) / Major (H4)
• Various development camps throughout the season
• Goalies and players
• Wildcats / Bulldogs
• New this season – Coach Development
• Looking at holding coach development with focus on Initiation Minor/Major and Novice Minor/Major – Wildcats and Bulldogs
• We want to develop great coaches with a goal of achieving consistent, positive player experience

Dressing Room Protocol
• Set expectation early for parents and players
• 2-deep rule – ALWAYS
• No horseplay / cell phones
• Integrated / segregated
On Ice
• Appropriate gear fitted properly
• Always be mindful of players
• Have an Emergency Action Plan
Risk Management
Team Officials
• Be present
• Ensure certifications are updated as required
• Wear proper gear on ice
• Ensure only rostered officials are on the ice / bench
• Come prepared
